Process automation and AI
Every team has work it repeats every day, and usually nobody measures it. We measure it first, then hand it over to the system. We can build a flow that reads the incoming request, matches it to the right product, prepares the quote, sends the email and writes a follow-up summary. Nobody has to open a new program, because the work runs inside the email and reporting set-up you already have.

What the work covers
- 01. Mapping the process step by step and automating it
- 02. Checking each step’s output against your own product and price data
- 03. Connection to your existing email, file and reporting set-up
- 04. Traceable log: you can see what happened at each step
- 05. Deciding which steps need a person’s approval
- 06. Alerts when something goes wrong, with manual takeover
- 07. Training and one month of support
The accuracy question
“What if the AI gets it wrong?” is a fair question, and we designed the system around it. No step passes free text on to the next one. Each output is first checked against your product list and your prices, and anything that fails the check stops there and raises an alert. You also decide which steps need your approval.
In a technical sales team
This team sells technical products. For every quote, someone read the incoming request, chose a product, prepared a document and sent an email. The process was automated step by step, and each step’s output is now checked against the product and price lists. Preparing quotes is no longer on the team’s plate, and the engineers are back to their actual work.
We’ve built one of these before
We’re the team that built the automation pipeline at a group selling industrial steam systems. The process handled about sixty quotes a week, and the pipeline brought preparation time down to about six minutes per quote.
Common questions
Do you use AI, and what about data security?
When we use it, we tell you. The scope document sets out where your data goes, where it is processed and what is stored. If there’s a set-up you don’t want, we won’t build it.
Does our team have to learn a new program?
As far as possible, no. We try to keep the work on the screens your staff already use. If a new screen is needed, we show people how to use it and support you for a month.
Will it work with our current system?
Yes. We work with any system that can export its data, including Logo, Netsis, SAP, Canias, marketplaces and Excel. We keep the system you use and build on top of it.
