Order and stock automation
By seven in the evening, orders have come in all day from WhatsApp, the phone and the marketplace, and someone sits down to type them into Excel. With this system, that hour is free, because every order lands in the same flow, wherever it comes from. Stock goes down by itself with every sale and warns you when it reaches a critical level, so you stop selling products you don’t have.

Not included
Marketplaces’ and couriers’ own commissions and fees. Licences for any ERP or accounting software you have. We connect to what’s already there. Barcode hardware for the warehouse is priced separately if you want it.
You may not need this
If a simple online shop is all you want, you can skip this. An off-the-shelf platform will do the job, and we’ll tell you so plainly. We come in where an off-the-shelf platform isn’t enough: when you have more than one channel, your own stock logic, a dealer network or a non-standard order flow.
What happened at a wholesaler
At this wholesaler, orders came in by WhatsApp, phone and a marketplace. In the evening one person typed them all into Excel, and in the morning the stock still didn’t add up. Once the three channels were connected into one flow, stock went down by itself with every sale. The evening typing stopped completely, and so did selling products that weren’t there. The person who used to enter orders now calls customers instead.
Common questions
Will it work with our current system?
Yes. We work with any system that can export its data, including Logo, Netsis, SAP, Canias, marketplaces and Excel. We keep the system you use and build on top of it.
Does our team have to learn a new program?
As far as possible, no. We try to keep the work on the screens your staff already use. If a new screen is needed, we show people how to use it and support you for a month.
Can we start with a small job first?
That’s what we prefer too. Starting with one small piece and seeing the result is better for both of us than taking on a large project from day one.
