Dashboards and reporting
You most likely have the data already, but you can’t easily get to it. Some of it is in the ERP, which won’t give you the report you want. Some is scattered across Excel files, and some sits in the marketplace, cut off from the rest. We bring it all onto one screen, kept up to date and easy to read. When you check your phone in the morning, you see yesterday’s sales, stock and payments received.

The sentence we hear most
“We bought an ERP, put everything into it, and we still can’t get the report we want.” That isn’t a fault in the ERP. ERPs are built to collect data, and they do little to help you decide. We build that part on top of the ERP you already have, so there’s no need to replace it.
At a manufacturer with dealers
This manufacturer works with a few dealers. It had an ERP, but no reports came out of it. To see the month-end figures, everyone waited for the accountant, and dealers phoned for prices. A dashboard connected to the ERP put daily sales, stock and payments received on one screen. Dealers began checking prices and stock on their own screens, so the phone rang less and orders came in faster.

Will it work with our current system?
Yes. We work with any system that can export its data, including Logo, Netsis, SAP, Canias, marketplaces and Excel. We keep the system you use and build on top of it.
Where is our data kept?
The system runs in your accounts and on your servers. We don’t keep your data, and it isn’t shared with third parties.
Who looks after it once it’s delivered?
We do for the first month, free of charge. After that it’s up to you. Even without a maintenance agreement, the system keeps running.
